| The Citrus County All Veterans Honor
Guard (CCAVG) is a not-for-profit organization with a commitment to
providing honors at local, state and National cemeteries. Among
their many other commitments are programs to assist veterans
organizations with homeless veterans and be actively involved in numerous
community and veteran related activities. They need military
veterans to join their great team that consists of members of all branches
of service. There is no requirement to be a member of a veterans
organization; however, a team member must be a veteran or family member
of a veteran. Please join them and honor our veterans! Contact

VFW Post 4252 is in
need of Honor Guard members. You must be a member of their Post or
Auxiliary and in good standing. For details please contact Bill

“Honor Flights” are always
completely free of charge to Veterans. We receive no government
subsidy for our flights as all funds are privately raised through generous
donors such as you. Each flight is approximately $72,000 which
covers air transportation, motorcoaches, food and beverages, wheelchairs
and other support materials.  |
